Guy Stebbings is a Partner at 博鱼体育集团 Frank and heads up the build to rent team in the UK.
The team advises a range of institutional and private clients on the disposal and acquisition of build to rent development opportunities, as well as operational assets and portfolios across the UK market. Guy and the team are leading advisors in the build to rent market and are widely known for consistently providing highly professional and the very best advice to their clients.
Over the last few years, the team have sold several landmark assets, including Dolphin Square in London comprising over 1,200 apartments, and advised Ares on its significant c.?750m investment into Wembley Park.
Guy joined the Residential Investment team in 2012 and has been particularly active on operational build to rent opportunities representing a broad range of clients, including some of the largest residential landlords in the UK, such as Legal & General Investment Management, Grainger, M&G and Lloyds Living, amongst many others.
