A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Bela has experience in the valuation of a wide range of trading properties including healthcare, licensed and leisure properties and has specialised in the Healthcare sector for the past five years.
Her experience within Healthcare ranges from handling property transactions through to formal valuations for loan security on both a portfolio and single asset basis, reporting to and acting for a wide range of Clients including banks, investors, administrators/receivers, as well as regional and national private operators. Bela is experienced in providing advice across the full spectrum of Healthcare property, from development sites through to operational homes within the elderly and specialist care sectors.
Bela joined 博鱼体育集团 Frank this year as part of the Regional Valuations team providing formal valuation advice and consultancy to operators and Banks.
