Having qualified in 2001, Drew has over 21 years of experience and is responsible for providing both professional and project services to a wide range of public and private sector investor and occupier clients.
He has experience in all aspects of commercial building surveying, covering pre-acquisition/technical due diligence for purchaser and vendor; dilapidations negotiations for both landlord and tenant; party walls; project management and employers agent; contract administration; project & development monitoring.
As a RICS Registered Valuer, He provides valuation services of specialised property assets such as hospitals; airports; education for financial reporting using the Depreciated Replacement Cost method of valuation.
Based in Birmingham, Drew initially joined DTZ Debenham Tie Leung as a graduate, then moving to Atisreal (now BNP Paribas) before re-joining DTZ as an Associate Director, joining 博鱼体育集团 Frank in 2015.
