Emma returned to 博鱼体育集团 Frank London in 2014, as a Partner in the London New Homes department, having previously worked for 博鱼体育集团 Frank鈥檚 Greater China business based in Hong Kong and working as a Planning and Development surveyor for nearly 10 years.
She provides consultancy advice across London, advising specifically on key market trends, scheme viability, sales and marketing strategies. She has worked on a number of large-scale placemaking schemes across London including Bankside Yards, Royal Eden Docks, Kings Cross and Canary Wharf.
Emma was honoured to be asked to join the People鈥檚 Board in 2019 where she contributed new policies, ideas and steering groups relating to 鈥楶eople鈥� issues within the firm, including mental health, working parents, race and faith, diversity and inclusion and health and wellbeing. She also became an active participant in the onboarding process and assessment centres for new interns, academy candidates and graduates. She has been an APC Counsellor since 2014, following five years as an APC Assessor for the RICS.
