As Head of the Bank Lending Valuation & Advisory team his responsibilities include managing the team, as well as undertaking loan security valuations. His previous expertise includes City and West End valuations; advisory services to major lenders and borrowers; and due diligence and transaction support. In addition, he has provided advice to specialist loan servicers and private equity firms on non-performing loans.
Jeremy has extensive experience in the Central London market, with expertise within the West End market, as well as the South East, valuing a wide range of assets including retail, retail warehousing, offices, industrial and development sites.
