Jonathan is a Fellow of the RICS and the CAAV, and a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association. He specialises in compulsory purchase and compensation, acting mainly for private clients and institutions affected by road and rail projects, and does some Acquiring Authority work. Previously he managed a national valuation services contract with the Highways Agency (now National Highways) and provided advice and negotiated claims on behalf of the Environment Agency, Thames Water and many local highway authorities.
