Katie heads our London Valuation & Advisory team with a focus on residential property valuations in prime central London (PCL). The team have in excess of 80 years鈥� experience working within the prime and super-prime residential markets, valuing flats, houses and bespoke developments, ranging in value from 拢300,000 to upwards of 拢200 million for single assets for single assets, for purposes including loan security, taxation, accountancy, development appraisals strategic reviews and purchase advice. The team work with a range of clients including trustees, high street and private banks, solicitors, private clients, charities and funds. Katie has 18 years鈥� experience in the property industry, twelve of which have been with 博鱼体育集团 Frank in residential valuations. Katie now leads on the valuation of London鈥檚 finest residential homes and developments, providing professional advice to all her clients. Within the Department, Katie also has a quality assurance and internal audit role. Katie is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a RICS Registered Valuer.
