Lorna-Mae joined ²©ÓãÌåÓý¼¯ÍÅ Frank’s London Business Rates Payment service in June 2019 after spending six years in two separate Local Billing Authorities dealing with Council Tax and Business Rates Billing, Collection and Enforcement. Qualified to the IRRV (TECH) Level and currently undertaking study towards the IRRV Diploma, Lorna-Mae has great understanding of the Legislation that governs Business Rates. Her key strengths include knowledge around discounts, reliefs, and exemptions, establishing and verifying liability and challenging incorrect liability when needed. Lorna-Mae administers Business Rates on behalf of a number of clients which includes, verifying demands, creating funding reports, making payments on behalf of clients, and ensuring exemptions, reliefs and discounts are awarded correctly. Lorna-Mae’s was recently successful in securing Extended Retail Relief for ²©ÓãÌåÓý¼¯ÍÅ Frank LLP with savings secured of £1.6 Million.
