Tom Poynton is a Partner, leading the consultancy division of the specialist Automotive Team. Tom works across the UK and Europe, with experience in all aspects of valuation and L&T matters, advising on vehicle dealerships, petrol filling stations ("PFS"), car parks and motorway service areas ("MSA").
Tom serves as an adviser to both the occupational and investment markets, with particular expertise in providing professional consultancy services for both landlords and tenants. He principally advises car manufacturers and franchised dealers, as well as institutional investors and lenders with interests in the motor retail sector.
Tom joined 博鱼体育集团 Frank in 2014 and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
