Case study: Kennedy Wilson鈥檚 solar PV project
We helped Kennedy Wilson install rooftop solar PV systems across five buildings, delivering savings of over 736,000kWh in the first year, while reducing CO2 emissions by 142 tons. This project showcases the potential of renewables to generate long-term value for UK businesses.
During this period of very high power prices and alongside the imperative for the property industry to decarbonise, it鈥檚 important we invest in renewable energy projects such as the rooftop solar PV at The Heights, Weybridge. We鈥檙e very pleased with the project鈥檚 results and have plans to take forward similar projects at other properties we own.
We鈥檙e delighted to have advised Kennedy Wilson on this successful project. Solar PV is a proven technology and these arrays are an important part of the asset鈥檚 futureproofing and carbon reduction strategy. The economics for such projects have changed dramatically and are now compelling from both the climate and financial return perspectives.

Osprey鈥檚 focus is on accessible, pay-as-you-go rapid charging, with chargers ranging from 75kW to 175kW. Their partners include investment funds like Aberdeen Standard and Brookfield, and occupiers such as Marston鈥檚 and Shell.
Atrato Onsite Energy
We鈥檝e partnered with Atrato 鈥� the UK鈥檚 largest owner of commercial rooftop solar assets 鈥� to deliver zero-capital outlay solar PV solutions for landlords and occupiers.
