Accounting
We manage all property payments and money collection, giving you access to always-on reporting via our web-based software. We currently process payment of over 12,000 invoices every year with a value in excess of £78m.
Leases
We review leases, sinking funds and service charges to ensure historic and on-going accuracy. We also recover erroneous payments and help maintain comprehensive recovery from sub-tenants.
Service charges
We make sure service charges are aligned with RICS best practices, and act on your behalf should any disputes arise from our investigations.
Benchmarking costs
We evaluate and ensure you鈥檙e getting the best value for money from insurance and services delivered by your landlord.
Leasehold responsibilities
We advise on leasehold repair and redecoration responsibilities. We鈥檒l also liaise with your landlords should they not meet their obligations.

We support on preventative measures as an alternative to dilapidation negotiations. We also consult on pre-lease agreements to review service charge and repairing clauses.
Sub-tenant management
